SWR Power Meter RS-40 VHF UHF 144/430MHz 15W 60W 200W Band Radio Standing Wave Meter

This SWR meter, with high precision and stable performance, is used to measure the frequency and output power. It can read out directly without calibration.

Key Features:
RS-40 SWR & POWER meter can be read out directly without calibration.
RS-40's maximum measurable power range up to 200W.
Low insertion loss structure allows it to be connected permanently.

1. Output power measurement
A. Set the function switch to pwr positon
B. Set the power range switch to corresponding power range corresponding to the power of the radio equipment
C. Set the radio equipment on transmit and read from a scale corresponding to the range.
(High: 200w, Mideum:60w, Low:15w)

2. SWR measurement
A. Measure output power as described in section 1.
B. Power range switches remain unchanged, set the function switch to SWR position.
C. Set the radio equipment to transmit mode, and figure out SER by reading out the transverse section of the extension point of auxiliary scale at the right end witch is according to the power reanding specified in section 1 and meter reading reading. (Long range..., medium range..., low range...,)

Note:
  • Since the meter movement is very sensitive, avoid excessive vibration or mechanical shock.
  • The absolute maximun power that should be applied to the meter is 200W. Also observe maximum power inputs of 15w a 60w when using the two lower ranges.
  • The meter must never be reverse connected. Always the correct connections to the transmitter and antenna indicated on the rear sockets.
  • The meter has been carefully calibrated at the factory, tampering with any of the internal circuitry or sensors may cause damage and will affect the meter's accuracy.
  • Do not expose the meter to excessive temperatures. High humidity or strong magnetic fields.
