• Ultra - Linear (Class AB) RF Power Amplifier Module built & tested, with Harmonic rejection filter - comes with its own machined clear Alodined (passivated) enclosure
• 62.5% efficiency (requer 450mw)
• Small size 105 x 65 mm
• It needs a small heatsink under the enclosure for continuous operation, or a chassis panel. No need for large heatsinks!
• Overtemp protection in the bias circuit shuts down the amp when hot >50 C
• Enable input: 0V for Disable, 1V....Vdd for Enable
