Confirmation of Radio License and Exoneration from ICASA Radio Act Legal Requirements

I, hereby by accepting this conditions, I confirm that I possess a valid and current radio license issued by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA). This license authorizes me to operate radio communication equipment in compliance with the regulations set forth by ICASA.

I further acknowledge and understand the legal obligations and responsibilities imposed by the ICASA Radio Act and its related regulations. I am fully aware of the requirements and restrictions outlined in the ICASA Radio Act, and I am committed to adhering to these regulations in the operation of radio communication equipment covered by my license.

In consideration of the above, I hereby exonerate Giga Technology PTY LTD and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all legal liabilities, claims, actions, demands, expenses, costs, and damages that may arise or be incurred as a result of my operation of radio communication equipment covered by my ICASA-issued license. This exoneration includes, but is not limited to, any non-compliance with the ICASA Radio Act or related regulations.

I acknowledge that Giga Technology PTY LTD has no control or authority over my use of the radio communication equipment covered by my ICASA license, and any actions or consequences arising from such use are my sole responsibility.

This exoneration is effective as of the date of this acceptance and shall remain in force for the duration of my association with Giga Technology and the lifespan of the electronic equipment purchased.

This acceptance is provided voluntarily, and I understand that Giga Technology PTY LTD may request additional documentation or information to verify my compliance with the ICASA Radio Act.

If there are any changes to my radio license status or if the license is revoked, I will promptly inform Giga Technology PTY LTD in writing.

This confirmation and exoneration are governed by the laws of South Africa , and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this letter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg.
